Here is the scoop:
I am not a big guy. I am 5-10.5 200lbs. Normal size but have put on my winter coat. Thru the years I have always been able to gain and lose weight about 20 lbs back and forth. One year I actually lost 34 pounds.
Everytime I lose weight I just go on a low caloire (1,500 or so) diet and it works everytime.
Had a buddy tell me about hoodia as it is something that helps curb your appetite.
Has anyone here used it? I am taking 2 pills 1 hour before lunch and dinner.
Weighed in 207.5, purposely bulked up the last few days about 4 extra pounds because I know how easy to lose the first 5 lbs are.
Will keep you posted every other day or so with an official weigh in.
My goal is to lose 20lbs by May 15th. 2lbs a week.
